Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Any queries regarding your order please email email@example.com with the order number.
All our Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
On all orders placed with a shipping address in Australia we offer:
1.Express Shipping is $10 on all orders under $80 (Next business day, for orders placed before 10:00 am AEST).
2.Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80 (usually 2-7 business days)
3.Free Express Shipping for orders over $120 (Next business day, for orders placed before 10:00 am AEST).
If you have ordered over 3 products and you want a receipt of the tracking number please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
International shipping has a flat rate of AUD $25.00
All international orders will be shipped via Registered International Post and are fully tracked, with a signature required on delivery. Please make sure someone can sign for your parcel at your delivery address.
All orders are dispatched by the next business day of the order made and will be delivered within 7-14 business days.
Please note, on rare occasions, external factors such as customs or courier delays may affect the delivery times stated.
We offer exchanges on faulty goods. This means if the product has been damaged during transit.
We do not offer returns (exchanges) or refunds if you change your mind or make mistakes when ordering.
For any exchange please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include your name, product description, and order number.
Any damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days for a replacement.

We will not be held responsible for undelivered packages, so we strongly advise that any returns should be posted using a registered postal service with relevant insurance and tracking.
All postage and insurance costs involved in returning products to Carol’s Beauty Products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
